Dear MRI Client,

Please be advised that a scheduled maintenance for Qube PM, Horizon and Sales and Lettings will be taking place on the following date(s): 

Friday 19th September from 18:00 BST to 23:59 BST on Sunday 21st September. 

If you have any integrations within Engage to these products:-

  • Your Engage portal will be running and your customers will be able to access the site however, after they login, they will not be able to receive any data from your QubePM, SLM, or Horizon systems.
  • This means they will not be able to view transaction history, make payments, view documents, or log maintenance issues.
  • If you have the Engage TAP module, your customers will not be able to apply for properties, fill out application forms, pay pre-tenancy funds, view documents, or pay deposit funds.
  • Regardless of which page they are on, they will be shown an appropriate error message or popup that will advise that they cannot proceed at this time and to try later.
  • Once the maintenance work has been completed, the connections to the Engage portals will be reinstated and normal service will resume.

If you would like to disable the Engage login for this maintenance period, please raise a request through the  myMRI Client Portal to receive the guide on how to set a holding page.
