Dear MRI Client,

A planned maintenance release will occur over the next two weekends.  During the update period, your agency may experience limited availability of the product.  Update schedules are as follows:

  • Friday, August 1 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, August 2 4:00 AM ET: SaaS Clients A-H and all internal databases
  • Friday, August 8 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, August 9 12:00 PM ET: All other SaaS Clients and All On Premise Clients

For all On Premise Clients:  If your agency has not established an active Team Viewer connection to your SERVER for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly on August 8.
