Dear MRI Client,

The PHA Pro (Housing Pro) 9.3.4v2 Update is available – this update includes changes to support NSPIRE inspections and mobile inspections, as well as minor enhancements and bug fixes.

All cloud clients will begin receiving the update on 10/2/2024 during the regularly scheduled maintenance window.

Wednesday 10/2/2024: Clients with fewer than 10 users that do not utilize Mobile Inspections

• The maintenance window for Mountain and Western time zones is between 6 and 9 AM ET.
• The maintenance window for Eastern and Central time zones is between 6 and 9 PM ET.

Saturday 10/5/2024: Clients with more than 10 users or utilizing Mobile Inspections

• All time zones will have maintenance windows between 9 AM and 1 PM ET.

Please make sure your users log out of PHA Pro on the day of your maintenance window to ensure a successful update
