Dear MRI Client,

A Planned Maintenance Update (PMU) for RentPayment  will be applied on 4/24/2025.

An enhancement to RentPayment's Multi-Factor Authentication will be released on 4/24/2025 by 2:30pm ET. It will introduce a "Remember me and this device" feature that, if selected, will allow the user to bypass the use of a One-Time Passcode after the initial login for 24 hours on the same device.

Users that sign out, attempt to login from another device, or attempt to login into another profile from the same device will be required to Multi-Factor again even if the "Remember me and this device" feature had previously been selected.

During this time, you may experience a reduction in site performance.

A planned maintenance release will occur over the next two weekends.  During the update period, your agency may experience limited availability of the product.  Update schedules are as follows:

          *  Friday, April 11 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, April 12 4:00 AM ET:  SaaS Clients A-H and all internal databases

          *  Friday, April 18 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, April 19 12:00 PM ET:  All other SaaS Clients and All On Premise Clients

For all On Premise Clients:  If your agency has not established an active Team Viewer connection to your server for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly on April 18.
