Dear MRI Client,
We want to make you aware of an issue we recently identified related to the Project (PROJ) table in version X.7.13 which affects a subset of clients using the View Point application.
Issue Overview
Incident Report 128800 outlines a View Point-specific database constraint issue within the Project (PROJ) table. This impacts clients who rely on Asset Manager, Portfolio, or Client fields for report or process selection.
Solution
For clients with the View Point application, we will apply a custom cabinet file to your environment on 12/03/2025 at 9:00 PM EST to fully resolve the issue. For clients who do not have the View Point application on their license, the only change will be a system log entry noting the cabinet application. No downtime is expected during this maintenance window.
Looking Ahead
The correction included in this cabinet will also be part of the upcoming PMX release, X.7.14, currently targeted for February 2026.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Client Support through the myMRI Client Portal or via the contact numbers listed on our website.
Thank you,
MRI Software
